The details:

Sales Referral:
Refer a homeowner who’s thinking of selling.
If they list their property with us and we complete the sale, you’ll receive £200 once the sale completes.

Landlord Referral:
Know a landlord with a property to let?
When they successfully let their property through us, you’ll receive £50.

It’s that easy — no forms, no hidden terms, just a straightforward way to say thank you.

Terms and Conditions:

• You’ll receive your referral payment within 14 days of Hawthorn & Co receiving payment for the completed transaction.

• Payment will be made directly to your nominated bank account.

• Referral rewards are available for new clients only — not existing clients already registered on our database.

• Referrals must be submitted prior to our first meeting with the referred client.

• £200 applies to completed property sales, £50 applies to successfully let properties.

• Rewards are only payable once the sale or tenancy has fully completed and funds have been received by the agency.
